Mr. Olanrewaju L. Oyeniyi (Chairman) M.IoD, M.IDRI
A 1992 Graduate of Insurance with Upper Credit from The Polytechnic, Ibadan. He subsequently obtained his Masters Degree in Managerial Psychology from the University of Ibadan in 1998.
He had a stint with M/s Law Union & Rock Ins. Plc Lagos & Kano before joining Sovereign Trust Insurance Plc as Pioneer Head, Reinsurance & Claims in June 1995.
He held this role till September 22, 1999 when he was promoted as Area Manager, West Area of Operations. The role he held till July 2005 when he assumed Leadership as Group Head, Financial Institutions and Communications Service Group.
Mr. Oyeniyi exited Sovereign Trust Insurance Plc in November 2006, to float our firm WIB Insurance Brokers Ltd. as the Chairman/Managing Director.
He has attended training both local and internationally in Insurance, Reinsurance, General Management and Leadership. He attended the Fate foundation EEP9 Programme, a Member of the Advance Management Program Class 26 of the prestigious Lagos Business School (AMP26) and Kellogs Business School of the University of Wisconsin, United States of America. Mr. Oyeniyi is a chartered Arbitrator (M.IDRI) and a Member, Institute of Director (M.IoD), he is happily married with children.
He is a Member of Ikoyi Club, Ibadan Polo Club, Ibadan Golf enjoys and Walking for Leisure.
Mrs. Oyebola Elizabeth Agbesanya FCA, ACA Msc, MBA, Bsc, HND (Executive Director Finance/Admin)
Mrs. Oyebola a consummate Accountant is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN), Associate of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACIT), Associate Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM) and Member of the Institute of Public Accountant (IPA) Australia. She is an Alumna of The Polytechnic Ibadan, University Ibadan, Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho, Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye and Joseph Ayo Babablola University, Ikeji Arakeji, Osun State respectively.
She has worked at various organisation such as Olusola Adekanola & CO (Chartered Accountants & Tax Consultants), Oyebola & CO. (Chartered Accountants & Tax Consultants) as Managing Partner and Oyelami Soetan Adeleke & Co.
She rose to become a Chief Instructor at The Polytechnic Ibadan, Oyo State before joining WIB Insurance Brokers Limited in 2019.
She is a leader with vision and passion for success and her contributions towards the development of the firm can’t be over looked.
Akinboade Oluboade S. Rufus (Chief Executive Officer) ACII, ACIB, Bsc, HND
He is a graduate of Insurance from Lagos State Polytechnic and an Associate of Chartered Insurance Institute, London also he bagged his B.Sc Insurance from Joseph Ayo Babalola University respectively with over 28years of Insurance Experience. He started his Insurance Career with Bendel Insurance Company in 1987 and late to Trans Nigeria Insurance. He worked as the Branch Manager of Sun Insurance Nigeria Plc 9 years.
His broking experience started with Lister Insurance Brokers Ltd where he was the Head of Operations, he later joined Denon Global Insurance Brokers Limited as the Chief Executive Officer. He then joined Wordlink Insurance Brokers Nig. Limited as a General Manager/Business Development before he was appointed as Chief Executive Offer (CEO) in 2019 and his experience of the Insurance market had brought about a tremendous development to the firm.

Mr. Gbemileke Chris Nutayi (Head Marketing/Business Development) ACIB, ACIIN, Bsc, HND
Gbemileke is an astute and erudite scholar of Insurance, a graduate of Insurance from The Polytechnic Ibadan, graduating as the Best Student in Insurance Department. His passion for success led him to further his Insurance education at Joseph Ayo Babalola University, Osun state where he obtained Bsc (Hon) in Insurance. He equally holds a Professional Masters Degree in Managerial Psychology from the University of Ibadan.
He is an Associate member of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers.
He started his Insurance Career with Mcred Insurance Brokers Ltd as a Unit Manager Retail Business Division before moving to AIICO Insurance Plc as a Marketer. He procedure to join Denos Insurance Brokers Ltd as Branch Manager before joining Law Union & Rock Insurance Plc where he worked as a Branch Underwriter.
His desires for success led him to join WIB Insurance Brokers Limited as Senior Executive Risk Advisor/Technical Operations and later rose to his current position.
He is a man of many feathers and has attended much training both in Insurance and other aspect of life.
Mr. Olaide L. Amoo (Head, Operations) HND
He is a graduate of Lagos State Polytechnic from where he obtained a Higher National Diploma in Insurance; a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN).
He started his Insurance career with Union Assurance Plc from where he join WIB Insurance Brokers Limited as a Risk Advisor, his charismatic and hardworking personality earns him is present position in the company.
He is a versatile, knowledgeable and highly efficient underwriter, claims cum broking administrator and has attended various courses and Seminars in Insurance Underwriting, Marketing and Claims Management. He is well respect for his in-depth knowledge of insurance practice.
Bar. Sunday Aborisade (Company Secretary)
He obtained his LL.B (Hon.) from the Ogun State University, Ago Iwoye in 1995 and was called to the Bar in 1997. He equally holds an MBA from the University of Ibadan. He has worked with Adeniyi Akintola (SAN) & Co. before joining Woolwich Insurance Brokers Limited (now WIB Insurance Brokers Limited).
